Flaunt or Flout

Flaunt means to show off or display ostentatiously; flout means to openly disregard or mock. Male peacocks flaunt their feathers, and anarchists flout their government. Although few misuse flout for flaunt, careless writers sometimes misuse flaunt for flout (maybe—as proposed by Bryan A. Garner—as a mistaken portmanteau of flout and taunt).
